We deliver all UK orders using UK Mail courier services & Royal Mail. This is a signed for delivery service that we trust to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. A tracking number for your order will be sent to you along with a delivery slot time on the morning of delivery. Our products will require your signature so if no one is available to sign for delivery, your order will be returned to your local sorting office for collection or redelivery.   


We also offer a fast next day delivery service to any address within the UK, which costs £9.00. Make sure you place your order before 2.00pm from Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed on Friday before 2.00pm will be delivered on the following Monday.  

We send out parcels using DPD or Royal Mail, which will ordinarily arrive on the next working day, although this is not a guaranteed service. You will receive a tracking number via email. If nobody is in at the specified delivery address when we attempt to drop off your parcel, it may be returned to your local sorting office for collection or redelivery


We also offer a delivery service to any address in Europe, which costs £12 per order and takes 3-5 days to arrive. This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. Mainland Europe includes the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Netherlands, Portugal, Luxemburg, Denmark and Ireland. Due to duty fees that are charged to us by the delivery companies Switzerland and Norway are charged at the ROW rate of £22. 


We also ship parcels to most addresses outside Europe, which costs between £22-40 per order and can take up to 10 days to arrive. Costs to Canada and the U.S.A are fixed at £22. This price does not include any local import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.



All our products can be easily returned if you decide the bag is not right for you with the exception of a personalised embossed product. All returns must be within 14 days of purchase and be unused and in their original packaging with a completed returns form. We offer free postage out to all customers in the UK to keep the price down but we do not offer free return postage within the UK or abroad. So if you choose to return a product you will have to pay for the return postage yourself. We advise using recorded or signed for delivery as we cannot be held responsible for a parcel being lost in the post. We aim to refund returns within a week of receiving the returned product. Christmas RETURNS

We have extended our returns policy from 26th November until the 11th January 2018 for Christmas so you can buy any of our bike bags as presents safely knowing they can be returned or exchanged if they are not right. Merry Christmas. Please note any sales made on GoodBlackFriday will not be eligible for this extended returns policy but anything purchased will of course still be eligible for our standard 14 day returns policy.
