This guarantee is from the date of purchase and requires a copy of the original receipt to claim. The guarantee is only valid if the bag has been used for the purpose that it was intended. If a problem occurs with a bag in this time aside from standard wear and tear, we will seek to repair the bag instead of replacing in the first instance to keep in line with our environmental policy.
