UK STANDARD DELIVERY
ALL UK CHRISTMAS ORDERS PLACED FROM 15TH DECEMBER TO 21ST DECEMBER WILL BE SENT WITH FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.
Standard delivery to the UK is FREE for all orders over £100 and is just £4 for any orders under £100. We offer a signed for delivery service that we trust to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.
A tracking number for your order will be sent to you and please note that our products will require your signature. For the best delivery experience please give us both your email and phone number at check out so our couriers can get in touch with a delivery time slot.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY £9.00
We also offer a fast next day delivery service to any address within the UK, which costs £9.00. Make sure you place your order before 2.00pm from Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed on Friday before 2.00pm will be delivered on the following Monday.
MAINLAND EUROPE DELIVERY £8 -£12.00
Delivery to Europe costs £8 for our Canvas range and £12 for all our leather collection and takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Due to additional fees that are charged to us by the delivery companies Switzerland, and Norway are charged at the ROW rate of £22.

Please be aware that customers are liable for any import duty charged by your home countries' customs if applicable.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY FROM £15 -£22.00
We also ship parcels to most addresses outside Europe, which costs £15 for our canvas bags and £22 for our leather collection and can take 3-10 days to arrive depending on your location. US and Canada services usually take 2-3 days but is dependent on US and Canadian customs.
Please be aware that customers are liable for any import duty charged by your home countries' customs.
All our products can be easily returned if you decide the bag is not right for you with the exception of a personalised embossed product. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase and be unused with the label still attached and in their original packaging.
Please note we do not offer free return postage.
We advise a signed for/tracked postage as we cannot be held responsible for a parcel being lost in the post.
Refunds will be made as soon as the bag is received.
